Overview
Job Description:
- Be an integral part of the project management team and provide timely deliverables with expected quality
- Understand and create client and vendors in the portal with correct attributes
- Understand financial asset attributes and their impact and create them in the portal
- Understand client data input, customize it and upload it in Atlas Five Platform
- Reconcile the investment and accounting book of records
- Run trial balance and reconcile it to client provided financials
- Upload and tag documents to correct entities and accounts
- Identify inefficiencies/ improvements in process or product and work to implement new processes and procedures to improve quality and productivity
- Update the project team on the status, risks, and issues for the project
- Generate MIS reports and dashboards to update the management on work status
- Participate in and/or lead special projects on an as-needed basis.
- Actively participate in the onboarding and training of other Eton employees
Requirements
Education Levels/Credentials:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in B. Com or BBA with specialization in finance
Skills and Abilities and Other Characteristics:
- Enthusiastic team player who enjoys both strategic and hands on work
- Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions to complex product issues
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees
